The producer of certified culinary heritage dishes in the village of Berzoras has accumulated a great baggage of knowledge and is proud of certification of popular Samogitian cuisine. This is a cold Samogitian soup – cibulyne (onion soup), herring in brine, hemp cracklings ( spirgynė) , kvass and kastinys , which is included in UNESCO. Festive Gingerbreads Baking and Decoration
Activities: a narrative of Lithuanian culinary stories, testing of gingerbreads cooked according to the oldest recipe, getting acquainted with decoration and production methods, production of a stamp on gingerbread, decorating, testing. Languages: Lithuanian, Russian, English and German. The duration of the session is at least 2 hours. The occupation is being held during all seasons.
