Craftsman – a certified folk artist not only makes original woodwork, but has also established a Craft Centre, where he runs educational classes for those who want to learn the secrets of wood carving. The main activities of the folk artist are the nurturing of ethno-culture, the dissemination of ancient customs, the revival of traditions and the transfer of the skills of the wood carver to the younger generation.
The purpose of the educational program
Get acquainted with carving, learn how to carve, learn more about the crafts of the tub-making and its history.
Activities: During this education you will gain knowledge in carving, and will learn how to carve a reconstructed ancient through, which you will decorate with old Lithuanian symbolism. Education can be tailored for bachelorette parties, hen parties or calendar celebrations.
Duration of education: 3 – 4 hours.
Number of participants: 15 – 40 persons.
Place: At your agreed place with the craftsman.
