URSA MANOR is inspired by the asterisms Ursa Major and Minor - symbols of the North. The Estate was purposefully built to provide large families (up to 8 adults and 3-4 children) with a hideaway surrounded by the authentic Northern nature.
U-M blends into the primeval nature of Labanoras Regional Park and yet is exclusively comfortable. It spreads out on hectares of crafted landscapes and yet is surprisingly private. It embodies the heritage of wooden architecture and yet is permeated with state-of-art tech.
U-M is located just 1 hour drive from Vilnius, 10 km from the town of Moletai, by the lake Jaurys. Its territory is completely fenced to ensure privacy. Alongside the Manor house, one will find large Gazebo, tucked away Bathhouse with private access to the lake, large kids playground, an old orchard and lush lawns.
